I credit my parents and grandparents with so much but, in particular, I feel fortunate that they introduced me to the joy of serving others. This recognition, along with a desire to deliver at the highest level, provided the initial motivation to leave my birthplace, St Croix, for the Air Force Academy. My education and subsequent 23 years of service cemented my purpose and expanded my skills in long-term planning — an essential tool for promoting the best outcomes.

Helping people to identify, prioritize and navigate toward their goals continues to be among my most important missions. We get great joy from seeing the delight and satisfaction in people’s eyes as their possibilities evolve into real opportunities.

When I am away from the office, family is paramount. We enjoy traveling, time at the beach and supporting my kid's school as a coach. I’m very active in my church and several civic organizations, as well as supporting military and veteran events.
